Lincoln Aviator infotainment system problem

my dad got a super annoying problem with his 2022 Lincoln Aviator!

Every month or so, it just completely deletes all the personal profiles and settings he has saved.

We were in the car one day, and all their saved radio stations were gone, replaced with the previous owner's stations. It's like a ghost is living in the infotainment system.

My dad did a master reset, and the previous owner's stations remained after that, which is really weird.

All the updates are current, but this keeps happening. I have helped my dad set up the profiles at least ten times now.

Any idea why this is happening and how to fix this?

It seems like there might be an issue with corrupted memory in the infotainment module, or the factory reset wasn't fully completed by the previous owner. The system could be reverting to some stored backup data. It'd be a good to do a complete module reflash to clear out any leftover memory and install new firmware
